ONE YEAR LATER
We had 4 people take Tom McNalls class at the beginning of 2007.It was a big investment that we hoped would pay off. After almost a year in business we think that it has.We now have an established company.StoneBrite Chicago. We feel that the education we recieved at his class was a great foundation for our new company. If you can understand that not everything can be learned at a 3 day class, you need the foundation to build your company.Nothing beats on the job training. But you can not be on the job if you dont know what your doing.Tom gave us the knowledge we needed and we have been in touch with Tom ever since with many questions about our jobs. He has responded in a timely manner every time.{and its not for dinner reservations}.We took a chance with Tom and we feel we made the right decision. It was important to us that Tom would not disappear after the class. He did not.We would recommend him to anyone.
Thank You,

I thought the material, the patients of the instructors, the instructors experience and hands on training was absolutely great. Your training gave me the confidence and courage to go out and market my stone care business. Most of all, I appreciate the your assistance to my questions and needs after the class.
Thanks Tom

I just wanted to write a thank you to Tom who taught the stone school in Phoenix last year which I attended. It was well thought out on a level which I could relate. Now it's been almost a year and here's where I'm at, I'm setting our company up as a problem solver and and the company with the right tools and knowledge base (aka Tom) many books and a practice floor to get the job done right, and it's WORKING. Now is my company where I want? Not even close but now it's up to me, I've tackled 20'x30' etched Travertine walls, very bad installs, lippage and saltillo floors. Did I breeze though, no but with the knowledge from the school and my knowledge base (Tom) I was able to finish and make the customer very happy. Talking to Tom always revitalizes my passion for stone. So it's my humble opinion that if you start with passionate, knowledgeable teachers that want to help you succede and are there for you later because there is a long learning curve to stone (understatement) and a good marketing plan you will be successful in this business. Thank You,
Phil Campbell
